Design page

• "Multi-Connect" Runs. Run conduit and wire assemblies from one starting point to multiple endpoints in a single guided flow. Just pick your start, your ends, and any shared path points.
• Comments and Files in the Sidebar. Access comments and files right from the sidebar so you can discuss and share without leaving.
• Polished Design Controls. Snap-to-grid, alignment helpers, and crosshair feedback all got a tune-up for a tighter, more precise drawing experience.
• Textbox Annotations. Add a line from any text box to a piece of equipment or a spot on the map, so your notes point to exactly what they're describing.
• Folders in the Site Navigator. Group items into folders, drag to re-order, and hide them in bulk to isolate layers of your site by trade, floor, phase, or whatever makes sense for your project.
• Bulk Markup and Margin Editing. Update markups and margins across multiple categories at once. Your exceptions stay untouched.

Price Book

• Better Tables. Price Book tables now feel more like a spreadsheet, with custom fields, bulk actions, and a much smoother editing experience.
• Import and Export. Export your Price Book, make bulk changes offline, and import it back, with built-in safeguards and recovery so nothing gets lost.

Other

• Upgraded Project Homepage. Browse and manage project details in bulk from the homepage, with a cleaner, more CRM-style layout.

• Ruler Tool. Easily visualize dimensions on your design.
• Equipment Sets. Reusable equipment sets that remember relative positions so common layouts can be placed consistently.
• Drag select. Shift+drag selection so it's easier to select multiple items in one motion.
• Textboxes on SLD. Text boxes on one-line diagrams so designs can be labeled and reviewed more clearly.
• Drag-to-Fill. Easily duplicate items or Sets on the design. For example, quickly drag and create a row of Parking Stalls.

• Undo button. Easily undo changes you make on the design page.
• Add costs to map shapes. Assign a cost per square foot to free-drawn map shapes.
• Update proposal templates. Edit, overwrite, star, rename, and sort proposal templates to keep your library organized.
• Preview proposal image. Preview the summary screenshot directly from the design page so you don't have to switch back and forth to see where the proposal image will appear.

New features

• Proposal sitemap preview. An image preview on the design page so you can quickly see what a proposal sitemap will look like before you build the document.
• Automatic proposal expiration. Pre-fills a date 60 days out, helping communicate proposal expiration date.

Improvements

• Stacked element order. Updated the visual order of commonly stacked elements including chargers, concrete pads, bollards, conduit runs, and trenching.
• Proposal API endpoint. Now includes more details about the project.

Bug fixes

• Photo placement in Document Builder. Site photos are now included in the right sections.
• Single-line diagrams. Resolved a problem that could generate incorrect or confusing single-line diagrams for certain site configurations.

We've released several new features that work together for a streamlined and standardized way to schedule and manage Site Visits. You can find all of these features under the Site Walk tab on the web app.

Dispatch email invitations to internal or external assessors

Anyone can now complete a site visit using the Monterra mobile app, without requiring a log-in. Simply create a Dispatch using the assessor's email, and they'll receive an invitation to the project.

Orientation Checklist

Add notes, attach files, and customize a TODO checklist to orient the assessor.

Status & Logs

View a history of status changes, such as when the site visit was marked Complete by the assessor.

Upgraded Photo Gallery

• Navigate across photos in gallery mode (click on thumbnail then use on-screen arrows).
• Zoom in and pan around an image in gallery mode.
• Bulk recategorize or delete photos.
• Click on a map marker to view and upload marker-specific photos.

Have dozens of markers you want to line up neatly? Hold down Shift while clicking markers to multi-select them, then try our Distribute & Align features.
